Main Responsibilities 主要工作职责

1. 建立零碳项目推进计划，排查公司碳排放足迹，设定年度KPI及重要节点，主导推进以满足集团碳排放要求

Establish Zero carbon implementation plan, investigate carbon emission footprint, set up annual KPI and milestone, lead all actions to meet global requirement.

2. 建立能源监控管理系统，并以之计算、监控、分析工厂内各区域日常能源消耗情况，根据生产计划制定并更新能源消耗预算

Create energy monitoring system to calculate, monitor, analyze daily energy consumption, responsible for setting up and timely updating energy consumption LBE according to production plan.

3. 与各个能源用户保持畅通的联系，为各区域设定能源标准并定期回顾以提供能源利用率

Have good connection with each energy and user, set up energy benchmark for each area and review energy consumption periodically to improve energy utilization.

4. 支持工厂的新工艺或新项目，并提供能源方面的数据支持

Assist in new process or new project in the plant, and provide support related to energy data.

5. 负责ISO50001相关工作

Responsible for the business of ISO50001 working steam.

6. 引入新技术新设备，识别工厂内各种节能减排机会和项目并予以实施

Introduce new technology or new equipment into plant, identify and energy saving or emission reduction opportunities in daily work, and carry out relevant improving project.

7. 负责能源监控系统的价差、校验，保证相关监控仪表能有效运行，满足能源监控的要求

Responsible for daily inspection/calibration for the instruments of energy metering system, assure all the monitoring instruments running well and meet the requirements or functions of energy monitoring.

8. 识别工厂内的能源节约项目并主导实施

Identify energy saving projects and implement Ｏn site.

9. Utility系统专家，指导日常utility高效运行

Working as the expertise of utility system, guide utility system operating under a high efficient mode.

10. 主导各类EHS促进活动

Launch EHS campaigns.

11. 主导14001体系在工厂的运行，主导环境因素的辨识及对策落实

Maintain 14001 management system implementation Ｏn site, carry out environmental aspects identification and action follow up.

Experience and Competencies 所需的经验和能力

1. 本科以上学历，机电、暖通、制冷、能源相关专业

Bachelor or above major in electromechanical or energy related

2. 快速消费品，化工或制药行业工作经验

Working experience in FMCG, chemical or pharmaceutical industries

3. 岗位经历：至少5年以上公用设施和能源管理经验，至少3年的项目管理经验

Position experiences: Minimum 8 years’ experiences in the Utilities or energy management fields with minimal 3 years of project managerial roles

4. 熟悉Auto-CAD,MS Office 等软件

Familiar with Auto-CAD,MS office software

5. 良好的沟通，领导能力，解决问题能力，人际交往能力和团队合作能力

Good communication, leadership, problem solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

6.良好的英文听说读写能力

Good written and oral English
